Concept
Oltre è una meditazione visiva sul rapporto fragile e inseparabile tra vita e morte, memoria e trasformazione, materia e spirito.
La composizione si sviluppa come un viaggio simbolico attraverso soglie e passaggi. Forme architettoniche, geometrie sospese, riferimenti celesti, acqua, luce e presenza umana convivono in un paesaggio onirico dove gli opposti si riflettono continuamente l’uno nell’altro. Vita e morte non vengono rappresentate come forze antagoniste, ma come dimensioni complementari di un unico ciclo universale.
Al centro dell’opera, il volto femminile diventa metafora della coscienza: un’osservatrice sospesa tra il visibile e l’invisibile. Attorno a lei, simboli legati all’esistenza — l’acqua, gli astri, l’architettura, la figura umana, gli elementi botanici e il serpente — costruiscono una narrazione che invita a riflettere sull’impermanenza, sul rinnovamento e sulla continua trasformazione dell’essere.
Il titolo Oltre allude all’atto di attraversare i confini: oltre le apparenze, oltre la paura, oltre la dualità tra inizio e fine. L’opera suggerisce che ogni conclusione custodisce il seme di un nuovo inizio e che ogni trasformazione rappresenta, in fondo, un passaggio verso un’altra forma di esistenza.
Più che offrire risposte, il dipinto apre uno spazio simbolico in cui memorie personali, archetipi collettivi e interrogativi universali convergono. Lo spettatore è invitato a entrare in questo territorio sospeso e a confrontarsi con il mistero che si cela oltre il mondo visibile.
Tecnica
Tecnica mista su tela realizzata con acrilico, interventi grafici e sovrapposizioni simboliche. La composizione integra pittura figurativa e strutture geometriche in una narrazione visiva stratificata. Mappe, segni calligrafici, riferimenti astronomici e simboli esoterici si intrecciano alla superficie pittorica creando una dimensione sospesa tra realtà, memoria e immaginazione. L’uso di colori saturi e contrasti luminosi rafforza il dialogo tra materia e spiritualità.
Attraverso la stratificazione di segni, texture e riferimenti simbolici, Oltre diventa al tempo stesso immagine e percorso: uno spazio contemplativo in cui l’arte si fa ponte tra il tangibile e l’intangibile, tra il conosciuto e l’ignoto.\

Concept
Oltre is a visual meditation on the fragile and inseparable relationship between life and death, memory and transformation, matter and spirit.
The composition unfolds as a symbolic journey through thresholds and passages. Architectural forms, suspended geometries, celestial references, water, light, and human presence coexist within a dreamlike landscape where opposites continuously mirror one another. Life and death are not represented as antagonistic forces but as complementary dimensions of the same universal cycle.
At the center of the work, the female face becomes a metaphor for consciousness: an observer suspended between the visible and the invisible. Around her, symbols associated with existence—water, celestial bodies, architecture, the human figure, botanical elements, and the serpent—construct a narrative that invites contemplation on impermanence, renewal, and the continuous transformation of being.
The title Oltre (Beyond) refers to the act of crossing boundaries: beyond appearances, beyond fear, beyond the duality between beginning and end. The work suggests that every ending contains the seed of a new beginning and that every transformation is, ultimately, an act of passage toward another form of existence.
Rather than providing answers, the painting opens a symbolic space where personal memories, collective archetypes, and universal questions converge. The viewer is invited to enter this suspended territory and confront the mystery that lies beyond the visible world.
Technique
The work combines acrylic painting with mixed-media interventions, layered transparencies, graphic overlays, symbolic cartography, calligraphic traces, astronomical diagrams, and fragments of visual writing. The composition integrates figurative elements with geometric structures, creating a dialogue between narrative painting and symbolic abstraction.
Through the layering of signs, textures, and symbolic references, Oltre becomes both an image and a journey: a contemplative space where art serves as a bridge between the tangible and the intangible, the known and the unknown.
